Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to Premium subscriptions purchased through ExploreOS, a service operated by Adnexus LLC. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Billing
ExploreOS Premium is billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled before your next renewal date.
2. General Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial months of service
- Unused Anonymous View usage
- Failure to use your subscription
- Accidental purchases
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Downgrading or canceling after a renewal has been processed
When you cancel your subscription, your Premium benefits remain available until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made unless you choose to subscribe again.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced another billing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund or other resolution.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription, we will review your account and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We may request additional information to verify the claim before determining the appropriate resolution.
6. Service Issues
If ExploreOS experiences a significant technical issue that prevents Premium subscribers from accessing paid features for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one or more of the following:
- A prorated refund
- Account credit
- An extension of your subscription
- Another reasonable remedy
The availability of any remedy will depend on the circumstances of the outage or issue.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time.
Cancellation:
- Stops future recurring charges.
- Does not immediately terminate your Premium access.
- Does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Premium subscription while the dispute is being investigated.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
If the laws of your country or state provide you with additional rights regarding refunds, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will become effective upon posting an updated version on the ExploreOS website with a revised Effective Date.
