1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ExploreOS.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You may only use the Service if doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2. Your Account

Certain features require an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

ExploreOS is a privacy-focused web search application.

Features may include web search, Anonymous View, premium subscriptions, and additional privacy-focused functionality introduced in the future.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Anonymous View

Anonymous View is designed to help users access supported websites in a more privacy-preserving manner.

However, you acknowledge that no technology can guarantee complete anonymity, third-party websites may still collect information through cookies or fingerprinting, ExploreOS cannot control third-party privacy practices, and you remain responsible for your own online activities.

Anonymous View must not be used to engage in illegal activity or violate the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions.
• Abuse or overload the Anonymous View infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use automated systems that place unreasonable demands on our infrastructure without prior written authorization.

6. Search Results

Search results are generated from third-party sources.

ExploreOS does not control, endorse, or guarantee their accuracy, availability, legality, completeness, safety, or reliability.

You access third-party websites at your own risk.

7. Premium Subscription

ExploreOS offers an optional Premium subscription.

Premium subscribers receive additional Anonymous View usage and other premium features that may be introduced over time.

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by an independent payment provider.

ExploreOS does not store payment card information.

You authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription.

Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of Premium features.

9. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, and original content, is owned by Adnexus LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or other communications to ExploreOS, you grant Adnexus LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use those submissions without restriction or compensation.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

13. Privacy

Your use of ExploreOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or provide access to third-party websites or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or any damages resulting from their use.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnexus LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, search results will be complete or accurate, Anonymous View will provide complete anonymity, or the Service will be free of errors or interruptions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnexus LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ExploreOS during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adnexus LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk, or we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

19. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to add or remove features, modify subscription offerings, change pricing for future billing periods, improve or discontinue portions of the Service.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Adnexus LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over Adnexus LLC's principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional legal notices published by ExploreOS, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adnexus LLC regarding the Service.
